Bought beads and pave bracelet cannot wear due to clasp. Worn one time..had bracelet several months but can’t wear as clasp I cannot work. Assoc tried to fix but still cannot clasp. Don’t like buying something I cannot ever wear. Money wasted. I have lots and lots of pandora. Love pandora but buying jewelry and not being able to wear and enjoy.. don’t make me happy.

The woman, who’s name was Sondra, I believe, was very kind and helped me with no problem at all when she was able to. The other women, however, weren’t very kind and acted like they wanted nothing to do with me. I get it, working sucks, but the one chick didn’t have to act so rude. The store was very nice and clean but honestly if it weren’t for the woman who helped me, I wouldn’t have felt very welcome there at all.

I thought the necklace was a little bigger on I put it on the circle moved I will be exchanging it

Felt a little rushed by the sales rep. But didn't know they closed at 7. Also wish they would put prices where cust can see.
