No one really seemed interested in showing the charms or telling what’s new. I don’t think any music was playing. It was a dry, quiet feeling there.

I felt like we should have been able to see all the options at once.

We walked in looking for a birthday charm for my mom. The workers greeted us right way with a smile and helped us find the perfect birthday charm.

Made in China. Needs to be cheaper

No particular reason. It was a simple purchase.

There was a discount that escalated with the amount spent. I was 5 dollars away from the next highest discount and the sales person did not tell me, I figured it out when I got in the car. I thought I had spent enough to get the higher discount.

We were put on a list soon after arriving. Store was very busy. Some displays are to high for me to see

I always feel like I am a bother or not as class a person as the girls working there are. They always greet you when you come in, but when you ask to see more than one charm I always feel like it's a bother. And I know they have to dress a certain way and be all made up but even when I am dressed from work which is NICE clothing, they act bothered. Maybe it's because I usually buy just one charm at a time.....I have to say that when I have gone into a jewelry store at a mall that carries Pandora they are much friendlier.
