A girl came up to wait on us when we entered the store. We told her we wanted to look at necklaces.She pulled a book out and handed it to us. Then she disappeared. We looked through the book and changed our minds. We went up to the rings where my son picked one out. A girl walked into the store as we were standing and waiting. The girl that originally gave us the necklace book reappeared and asked the girl who just walked in if she could help her. As we stood still waiting, she found out that that girl was returning something. She handed her off and then asked if she could help us. I was just upset because we were the only one in the store before that girl walked in and we couldn't get the attention we needed.

Put a ring on hold for 2 days and it was listed for 2 days. Was told that it wouldn't be a problem then when I went 2 days later they said no and didn't have what I was holding held. Luckily there was another in stock but don't appreciate being lied to.

There was no one in the store when I walked in. There were 6 sales women in the store. Julie asked if we needed help, and when I told her I was interested in the Rose gold collection, she knew little about the charms. Another sales person stood next to her and everyone in the store was staring making it very uncomfortable to peruse the charms. Many charms were sold out, so I did not get to see the entire rose gold collection. Julie was not friendly and never smiled.

The associate did not know the merchandise that I wanted and it has been in the book a long time. Also too many associated just walking around only a couple of customers in the store.

Didn't have the rings in stock-had to buy something different

The item I wanted to purchase was not in the store. It was available on the website though. But I still was able to get something close to what I wanted.

I was satisfied it's my experience, the associate was new but very tentive and sweet.
