Said I had too many discounts. Each I go in they don't want to take my $10 coupon. Called corporate. There's not such list, better not be ,to use my coupon

We went into this pandora store to purchase a charm with a gift card we had. The sales associate said hello to us but that was pretty much it. It was hard to get her attention because she was trying on rings and ignoring us. She did not speak to us at all while we checked out

Sales associates lack of knowledge on how to handle transaction. Poor selection. I was the only customer in the store with 2 sales associates. I felt like I was a bother & that perhaps I shouldn’t be in the store such as the rise & fall of Abercrombie & Fitch.

There didn't appear to be a wide variety of mechanize on display.

I was in the store to purchase a seashell ring for my Granddaughter who celebrated her 9 th birthday 08/25/20. She was excited about the ring which was not in her size. So the sales associate offered her some other trays and designs to look at. I think the ultimate experience would of been an associate who could identify with children. A jewellery shopping trip was the ultimate for my granddaughter . I had actually made a purchase for her a birthstone ring and decided to hold off giving to her at the insistence of family , citing it too expensive a gift for her. God willing she does not lose her ring I believe she will be a repeat customer. Christmas is coming up.

I went into the store and went to last chance items and asked about the safety chains. Long story short, I asked about a gold looking safety chain and the lady felt the need to tell me that the chain I was referring to was ‘more on the expensive side’. I don’t know why she felt like she had to say that to me and I never expressed to her that I was on a budget?!? Did she feel like cause I am a BLACK WOMAN that I did not have that much money to shop with?!? I felt that was the reason! That subtle racial profiling is hideous! I don't need you to tell me what my budget is. If I asked the price, say the price! I don’t need YOUR opinion on what I’m going to be spending! I definitely want to share to my Twitter followers and GOOGLE MAPS how my experience was! What happened to the last manager?!? She was so nice! And the person that served me, WAS A MANAGER. Wow, fix yourselves!

There was a 25% off sale off of $150. I spent $120 and would have benefited from the sale and paid less money for more items than for the items I actually purchased. I was not informed of this.

The sales associate was not very helpful at first. I was trying to help my 82 year old mother complete her bracelet and the associate just said we have lots of choices and wouldn’t help us at first even though I specifically told her what I was interested in doing.

I wanted to get my Disney bracelet cleaned and they would not. Yet saw them cleaning other items.

I had the general feeling of being a nuisance to the associate that served me.
