Store is clean. Associates are friendly and helpful. I’m able to get helped quickly as well.

I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. The clerk knew exactly what I wanted. She even compared the lengths to what she was wearing so I would have an better idea of what I needed. She knew exactly where the charms I wanted were located and offered suggestions on other charms. She encouraged me to take advantage of the current sale. And she gave me a tarnish proof bag when I said that I didn't need everything boxed up separately. I have bought Pandora charms at jewelry stores and the service here was as good with a better selection.

The store manager waited on me and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and took her time explaining the charms Explained the purchase options and promotions but wasn’t push about it.

I appreciate how friendly and helpful the sales associates were. They helped with showing me options for my idea for Christmas gifts for my three daughters.
