The associate helping was not knowledgeable. She was not as friendly to me as to the other people. She had the persona that she was only to get my money if I had any and show me the door. Her name was Gabby and had NO friendliness to me. The other associate that started helping was ok and Gabby took over the conversation without knowledge of Pandora questions. She is why I won't go back to that store. She treated me as if I'm not supposed to be in that store.

I have a a two tone yellow gold / silver bracelet I have had for a few years … part of the clasp sheared off .. was told buy a jeweler it could not be guaranteed not to break again … since I almost lost bracelet once with all of my 2 toned charms on o it… I am not comfortable just having it fixed Store told me they could not help me Didn’t even bother to look up and see when it was purchased … this is a $350 bracelet I have several bracelets and am considering stopping my collection

I understand it was a holiday weekend. Store does have gift box items that can be purchased. No reason someone should have to wait over an hour to purchase a gift set item. A rep/cashier should be available to ring nothing but pre-packaged gift sets and answer generalized questions.

This is for crest view location near CVG airport. The blonde young lady was very nice. The older dark hair lady not so much. I’ve never been treated like that at Pandora. I had 2 broken bracelets she did not want to replace. She did end up replacing one but not the other. Stating that it looks like it got caught on something. No the ball fell off and I put thread in it trying to put it back together. Her demeanor the entire time was rude and short! Never ever have I had such service at Pandora! I’ve always bern very pleased

The way the store is set up you can’t view charms. You have to ask to see them.

Very dissatisified with the "bait" tactics of your product. I have had Pandora products myself for the past 8+ years (4 bracelets full of charms & rings). Also I have given MANY charms to family and friends for birthdays & special occasions. I received a email on 9/6 with a special collection storage case with the purchase of $110 in charms. I visited my local store on 9/12...sales people very aloof and quickly told I that special gift had been exhausted. The gift was present in the case but was not offered to me if I completed my purchase. I regret to say I purchased a couple of charms totalling $100 anyway. Had planned to gift bracelets to my 4 granddaughters upon their 16th birthdays, incorporating some of my treasured charms as well as new ones. Will definitely be rethinking this plan!

I bought 2 new 14 karat gold charms and asked the girls to take my bracelet and clean it. I also had a mishap with the count of charms but had taken pictures prior to them taking off the charms to clean them and the count did turn out correctly. The 4 employees said it would take about a 1/2 hour to clean everything and put the new charms on. I had went back in 20 minutes and it had not been completed. So, I sit out in my car for another 20 minutes while all 4 of them did not come out in the customer sales room, however no one came in. I took the bracelets and charms home opened them up and they were no cleaner than when I had dropped them off. My husband and I had to clean them, they were full of grim and dirt.

Walked into the store with no greeting. two attendants were each working with a customer. Waited at counter, no eye contact with me at all. No hi, be right with you, no acknowledgement of my presence. Finally being waited on I was treated well but before that I was not happy with the customer service at all. Felt as if I was invisible.
