unclear communication and lack of interest in support to find solution or provide contact for someone who could help. Store was not at all busy!

I received a pandora bracelet for Christmas so I was very excited when I saw a store while out shopping. The sales associate didn’t seem happy to be there and she also was very robotic and scripted. For the price of your merchandise I would have preferred to have someone that wanted to help me and could match my level of excitement on my first purchase. I won’t go back.

The sales associate Hannah S. Was very rude and did NOT want to be helpful during my purchase of 3 charms for my girlfriend. I asked to see all the charms and she said this is what’s available and only showed me one tray of charms. She was very difficult to work with and made my visit miserable like I’m pulling teeth. I was trying to do something nice for my girlfriend and she made me so frustrated I just wanted to get out of there. I’d recommend additional training in customer service for her bc they weren’t busy or anything for her to treat me poorly. I was the only customer in the store. I probably won’t visit this store again.

My sales associate was excellent. I was the only customer in the store at the time and the store refused to clean my bracelet because they were not allowed to do cleanings during ‘promotions’. My sales associate took my bracelet back to clean it and the manager came out and basically was extremely irritated that the associate had agreed to clean my bracelet because the store was not busy. I am still in shock about the way the store manager spoke to me! The sales representative was excellent - the store manager was terrible!

I exchanged a rose charm without any problem. Sales associate was very helpful. The problem was with the rose bracelet. It cost $225. It has been almost a year when I purchased it. I asked the manager if I could exchange it or get a store credit for part of the cost and give the bracelet back to her. I understand it has been awhile, but I only wore it once. It is too small and it should never have been sold to me. I never had a chance to return due to several circumstances. The manager was rude and that made me rude. She could have explained a little better and been more empathetic. Even a $100 offer in store credit would have been appreciated. I have spent thousands of dollars at Pandora and I expected more customer service. Very disappointed.
