The associates were very helpful and caring for my needs. I asked for a specific ring and they knew exactly which one it was. I was in and out within 15 minutes. A good and short time.

Even though we had to form a line due to the Black Friday sale, the associates were ready to assist and kept us informed about their sales going on. They were very nice, provided us with water and kept the line moving as associates in the store were finished assisting other customers.

Black Friday was a busy day at all stores, thank you for allowing pandora credit card holders to move to the front of the line that was 20+ people long. What a treat being treated like a valued customer, it was noted and appreciated.
