The associate Lisa F. was so knowledgeable and thoughtful = a real pleasure to your store atmosphere. I purchased exactly what I saw and wanted in the catalog.

Promptly greeted at the door upon my arrival. Wait time was only about 3 minutes before a representative helped me. I explained it was a birthday gift and the dollar amount I wanted to spend and she was helpful with suggestions.

The waiting time was less than 5 minutes.

I was helped by Ashley O. and she was excellent at locating what I was looking for! I originally came in the store for a Halloween charm as I am an avid Halloween fan and wanted either a jack-o-lantern or a ghost charm. I decided on the Jack-o-lantern, as the ghost was a little corny but was a little upset at the high price, having paid for similar charms at almost half that price. I talked myself into it and am in love with the charm! It is perfect to add to my collection!

It was great.

The associate was super nice to me and my boyfriend, and he really helped me out with choosing items that I was unsure about!

To begin with, the associate I worked with was amazing. She was showcasing a lot of the jewelry herself because she owned A LOT and she made it all look so fabulous. I really loved her knowledge of all the products and she made my experience amazing!

I came in very close to closing time because I ordered a bracelet for a gift on line only to realise I had the wrong size and was leaving the next morning out of town. I also wanted another charm and she was so helpful and even though it was close to closing she took the time to make sure I picked the perfect item. Wrapped it with care and also let me know about the new Disney bracelet coming when I mentioned wanting one for my grand daughter for Christmas. I will be back to Woodfield

Before going to the store, I looked online for what I wanted. The selection in the store was great and the staff was very helpful. Even though there was a wait, I was greeted immediately and put on a waiting list for service. This eliminated the uncomfortable standing at the counter, hoping the staff was aware of who was next.

Monique was very nice and patient when I was asking for her opinion on things.
