I was highly satisfied with my visit because Lisa was very friendly and very patient with helping me find the perfect gift for my sister.

The sales associate Lisa F was very attentive and helpful. She went through every piece that was requested and helped me find other ones as well. They were patient with me and fully satisfied my needs.

I was visiting the area. I'm from South Texas. I was looking for something nice to bring back home and I remember my wife talking about how nice were your bracelets. So here I am at the Woodfield Mall store. Right away I was greeted and asked if I need help. When I say yes I was assigned to Yessenia (slsprsn #161485). She did a superb job explaining how the whole bracelet/charms system works. She helped me choose the right starter set for my wife and my daughter. She was very patience and I could tell very knowledgeable of the products. Even though she is young, I can say she provided me one of the best customer service experiences in my life (I'm not that young!). What she helped me choose, it was a total success back at home. The assistant manager was very well known and made sure she was available to help each of her associates if needed. I was highly impressed with the way the team worked and helped each other through the store and sales being processed. I also will return to this store because of the respect and attention we were given during our visit. They truly made the experience memorable and went above and beyond to help us.

When I go in. I know what I want and the sales associates gets them for me. They are ver prompt and kind.

All the employees were super friendly and extremely helpful, especially a Crystal. Lisa, the manager, was extremely helpful as well, they helped me pick the perfect gift for my mom on her birthday and even wished her a happy birthday.
