I BELIEVE THE ASSOCIATES NAME WAS ALLI. SHE WAS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE IN ALL STORES

The sales associate was professional, knowledgeable and had an ability to understand my need. She wasn't like a pushy salesman, she made me enjoy my visit! Her arm was wearing at least 20 different pandora bracelets or shall I say- those Pandora bracelets was wearing her arm. They were stunning!!! Ultimately, it made me jealous and I'm already planning my next visit!

Omg I LOVE FRAN! She made me feel VIP. She apologized for a bad experience I had with Jessica. I felt bad that Fran was apologizing since she always gives me wonderful customer service. She made a little care package to go with the items I bought. Today Pam helped me with my items n she’s wonderful too! Fran and Pam are wonderful n great at what they do. PLEASE reward them for being so awesome!

Great customer service from Natalia and Julia! Natalia was patient as I decided on the items I was interested in and offered solid input for my bracelet. Julia was very accommodating in providing extra customer service concerning my bill. Kudos to Natalia and Julia!
