The customer service was wonderful. When we walked in the store, we were greeted and assisted. The sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

Its getting better with a new staff and its a pleasure to jump the line with the Pandora credit card. I still don't like that you can't shop online with the Pandora credit card, only in the store. Sort of defeats the purpose but we will still shop at Pandora stores
