The sales – service person (Lisa) was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, it was a pleasure to do business with her. Lisa made our whole experience at the Woodfield Pandora all the better.

I went in asking to exchange, my Pandora Pacifier charm since the crystal fell off. The warranty expired last month in August. i was so upset since this charm has great meaning to me since it represents my son. Christian H the sales associate saw how upset I was and asked the manger to extend the exchange for me. The manager agreed and Christian handled the rest. I love Pandora charms and always get some as gifts. Very awesome customer service.

I love my new charm bracelet and charms. My mom took me here as a birthday gift. I am really happy that I could get Chicago charm since I am from the city but no longer live there, we are visiting from Florida.
