I came to the store to exchange my online order but ended up returning it and buying something else. Srore staff was very helpful and helped me find what I was looking for and even more. I purchased more than online so definitely they did a great job!

Haven L. NO. 169277 is the only one as an associate that helped out. The first lady that was going to help told me, she said they didn't have a Olaf from Frozen in stock at all. I saw the sign said buy 2 get one free entire store. That's what got me to go in the store. What I didn't like was I was told no Olaf charm in stock, and that the buy 2 get one free is not for the entire store. It's for everything in store except anything Disney. Sign I read it again did not state that. Also I said I am getting the bracelet regardless, I don't think it's right to say entire store, though it's not. I was walking around and I saw and found the Olaf charm in case display. Haven got it out and let me buy it and the bracelet. that's what made my day they did have Olaf and bracelet.

I was assisted by the assistant manager, Diane. When we were looking over my online order, she helped me determine that the bracelet was going to be too big, so we exchanged and at that time, she informed me of the sale (buy 2, get 1 free). This was of great benefit to me as I was able to get extra charms for my daughter's bracelets to give them at Christmas.

I was assisted by the store manager, Natasha and she was incredible! She listened to my concerns that had brought me into the store and help find a solution. Also, she took the time to clean each individual charm while also explaining how to put them together to tell a story. Very personable and kind.

As soon as we walked in the associate greeted us and asked how she could help us . Showed the products I asked for very nicely and fast .

My friend and I originally walked in to buy matching rings. But as this store was in a mall, we noticed that some guy was following us from store to store. They kindly called security for us and kept us in the store until they knew we were safe.
