First of the greeter was very approachable. She introduced me to the co-manager Asen (or Ason). He was awesome. He helped me determine a size for a ring with a special fit. The ring was going to my 6 month wife which her fingers have naturally swollen up a bit. With his expertise I felt confident for the purchase. My only problem is last year around the same time I purchased a ring at the same store and the paint is chipping from the bottom. I forgot to ask at the store if Pandora stands behind all there products from normal wear by touching up rings. Please follow up.

I LOVED the friendliness there, the lady that helped me her name was Pam, she did a lovely job of helping me pick out items. I also liked how she had ALOT of Pandora bracelets on her so I can actually see how they would look. Everyone in the store were very nice and very helpful.

Cristian was very helpful and knew his merchandise. I had forgotten my Pandora bracelet with me and was not sure how the new charm that I bought would look. Cristian went out of his way to replicate my Pandora bracelet with the new charm so I can see the overall look. Thank you!!
