I walked in looking for a charm for my mom's birthday , and walked out with two. The clerk was so helpful and showed me tones of charms.

I really liked that we didn't have any waiting time but I do think that the place is a little crowed, maybe a bigger space is needed so customers don't be bumping in to each other trying to get through.

I waited like 10 min before I get to the counter with an associate. It was Saturday, was busy. Lena - the associate help me - was very kind and friendly. I also clean my bracelet. I like that location and the stuff is awesome too. Excellent customer service!
