The store was busy but very organized and efficient. The sales lady was friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of charms available. I was able to get exactly what I wanted easily and quickly.

Everyone was attentive and helpful. Items were readily available. Prices were double checked for accuracy and any discounts applied.

Couldn't view an item I saw in the catalogue

I purchased a ring and the ring broke, the associate explained that i would have to call a number she provided and i did, and the associate explained that he could not help me and i stated that i would not be purchasing anything else from Pandora as i am a valued customer. The associate Erin at the Woodfield Mall Pandora assisted in replacing the ring to keep me as a customer. Due to her wanting to keep as a customer I will continue to shop with Pandora.

I really like your product, however the wait in-line at the store in the mall was very long. My family and I had to wait for an hour to be taking care of, it was not a great visit. In the end, we got what we wanted so it was worth the wait.

I felt a bit unprepared. The sales associate seems a bit uninterested in seeing us and trying to get us quality service. I am happy regardless with what I got.

I would have liked prices to be cheaper. The 3 rings I got with 30% off. I stilled paid for 3 rings. Those 3 rings average the same price separately.

Must have been a mistake. I was happy with my experience. However, there were not many ring selections that were on clearance. It was awkward waiting for someone else to finish looking at the same ones we were trying to look at
