There wasn’t really a big disappointment at this store. The Mother’s Day selection wasn’t really that big to pick from. Also, the sales person was very ignorant to the prices and quality of the merchandise. Although, she was very friendly and helpful.

The wait was more than 30 minutes on a weekday . They only had 2 employees working on the floor . Everyone that waited in line ended up leaving

The sales associate was nice but there was personalizing the experience. More like she was just doing the job until we mid through the process and she knew there was a purchase being made

Although COVID-19 is still prevalent, the time to get serviced was frustrating. Luckily the time of day I went was not too long of a wait. However, if during the peak hours, I would not have shopped there.

I will appreciate if they acknowledge the customer whom are waiting in line by greeting with an Hello, Welcome to Pandora it will be one moment, someone will be right with you. It’s not being done and it is very uncomfortable not knowing if we are being seen outside the store. Greetings goes a long way. It only takes 3.5 seconds to do so..
