The lines are ridiculous the speed is ridiculous everyone understands that you know they spray and wipe everything down and think you’re gonna be the next person in the store and then all the sudden they walk away and they’re standing there talking to another associate while the line is wrapped in around the stairway that’s just ridiculous that’s horrible customer service there should be someone at the door letting people know what’s happening not people looking in the store and seeing sales associates talking to one another while we’re all waiting in line to spend money

The sales associate was not friendly. She was very robotic, she only spoke when we had questions. She also seemed some what annoyed. She was not rude but she didn’t make you feel comfortable either.

Everything went well. Except when I got home I got a better closer view of the charm I got for the bracelet I got. I saw it was damage scratched.

My lack of satisfaction occurred when the store doing business hours had only one customer being service and other associates were standing around. This occurred for 7 to 10 minutes. The associates need to communicate with the customers standing in along line awaiting service.

Waited in line 15 minutes only to find out the item was not in stock , but the online indicated it was.

I want to buy a bangle bracelet, unfortunately they did not have this bracelet or neither stores they check for me. So I bought some things similar, not to happy!
