There could have been a better selection. The sale association could be a little more involved but then again I already kind of knew what I was looking for.

I had a gift card, which the clerk had a problem, adding it to my transaction, had to get the manager.

I wanted to exchange an item I purchased not too long ago for a size down but the type of ring I purchased was not available in other sizes at the time. However, the service was great and the associate was very friendly in helping me purchase a different item.

Charm was out of stock and not enough gold options

I bought a ring that I had been eyeing for months. When I finally did get it, in less than 2 weeks the stone fell out! Highly Disappointed

It has most items out of stock or not on display

I asked to see like 2-3 charms and the store didn’t have them in stock. Other than that everything was good.

I believe there should be more options for Anniversary charms. Most people purchase charms to mark special celebrations and Anniversary is one of the largest celebrations there is. Yet there were only 2 charms to choose from for this occasion.

I wish I could give you guys three sentences on why I wasn’t satisfied at this store. Very fortunately, I was very satisfied at this store with my merchandise and with ease of everything.
