I wanted to exchange an item I purchased not too long ago for a size down but the type of ring I purchased was not available in other sizes at the time. However, the service was great and the associate was very friendly in helping me purchase a different item.

I believe there should be more options for Anniversary charms. Most people purchase charms to mark special celebrations and Anniversary is one of the largest celebrations there is. Yet there were only 2 charms to choose from for this occasion.
