Sales person did not look like she wanted to help. She did not make any conversation of why I was buying a bracelet with charms. I felt like I had to start the the conversation to make her talk.

i feel like the communication between the assistant manager could have been better she was really quiet and not really talking like as if she was done with the the day because i went probably like the last hour you guys were open so coming from an assistant manager i feel like i should have gotten a way better experience

Well this particular location is a little far there’s a closer one at the Harlem Irving Plaza. Also I felt like she was showing me all the expensive pieces instead of showing me the options and letting me choose what I wanted.

Associates were with customers but I wasn't greeted and it took about 10 minutes of me standing by the counter to get someone to say they'll be with me shortly. I had a similar experience @ this store years ago. If it wasn't because I was picking up a gift, I would've taken my business elsewhere. Associate was pleasant though. Maybe have someone to help people who want to try on the whole store and another associate for people ready to make a purchase? I already knew what I needed and it was annoying to have to wait for other customers to try everything on in order to be able to make my purchase.
