I purchased a charm for the new reflexion bracelet didn't have it for no more than 2.5 months and it unclipped and fell off. One charm broke and another was loose and kept falling off I had lost it twice already and found it but the other charm was lost poor quality for such pricey charms.

Overall I am satisfied with product. The employee's are friendly. The only issue is I am in a wheelchair and there's not much room to get around.

The quality of the merchandise is very good, but it was a bit pricy. The prices in the store seemed to be higher than they were on-line. It was a little surprising when I got my total.

The staff was very attentive the minute I walked in. I had never made a purchase at Pandora and the associate was very helpful by explaining how the bracelets worked and the different option available.

I just felt that there were too many sales associates helping 1 single customer. At one time, there were 3 sales associates with 1 customer. It just took a little longer to get helped than expected, seeing as there were only 2 other people in the store.

Had to wait about 30 minutes to be attended there were very few salesgirls My debit card did not work (only in that specific store) and I had to use a credit card that I didn’t intend to use
