The wait time from entry to being helped could be better. The store is always crowded with not enough associates to get customers in and out quickly. The associate forgot to give my granddaughter her ring and started helping another customer.

The store was very crowded and our names weren't taken right away when we entered the store. The associate waited until a few more people came in, took their names and the asked if we had put our names on the list.

They were out of everything. It was my first time going and getting a bracelet and the core bracelet I wanted wasnt in stock. Nor was my second choice.

The store was very hard to find inside the mall. Also it was Valentine Day and it was very hard getting in and out of the store. When I finally made it inside the store the sell associate told me that she didn't see me and added me to the wait list 5-10 minutes later.

Not enough associates for the number of customers. Long waits, but they were doing their best to keep everything moving.
