Pandora Jewelry

It was very crowded. Not enough help for all the customers. A lot of merchandise was sold out.

I think the wait time was the reason that I was not highly satisfied what the experience

I asked for almost 6 different charms and they were not available... Then I asked for the discount charms and they give me a paper copy to look for them ... I was ver excited to get my first pandora and the lady was kind of rude....

Did not have in stock many of the items I was looking for

The store was quite small around the counter and when it got busy it was difficult to maneuver.

Very packed. Not much of a selection. Almost every charm i wanted was not in stock.

It was Christmas time. It was busy. It was crowded.

More associates were needed. There were only four at the time of my visit. a minimum of six would've been ideal based on the time of the season (Christmas).

big selection and great customer service

I had to wait in a line just to get into the store when all I wanted to do was pick up an item. But I do appreciate the item being available to me.
