It was a simple purchase of a ring and all went well. HOWEVER the reason we made a purchase on that ay because SPRING REWARDS sent us a 40% off discount if we make a purchase in the amount of $100 plus...we did HOWEVE no credit has been generated from either YOU or SPRING REWARDS We'd appreciate if you looked into that for us. We have contacted Spring Rewards several times. The ring will be returned if we do not receive the advertised 40% discount. AND before you ask whether or not we have used the registers cc yes we have. Thank you Re

The store is extremely small !!! Waiting for assistance in a small space is uncomfortable!!! The selection of reflections gifts set was non existent!!!

The only thing that was disappointing was the store layout. It was difficult to move throughout the store to view the items.

It was Black Friday and pandora was having a sale. There were only 6 employees working behind the desk and one at the door. Black Friday is the start of the holiday season so there should have been more staff employed

I arrived home with a missing charm from the reflexion bracelet gift set that i purchased. Associate forgot to place it in my bag.

The only Pandora store in my area that was open on Nov 22 was the one in Woodfield. While I received expedited service because I was buying a gift set, they were already out of size 20 on the first day of the sale. I bought the closest size, a 19, so that I could trade it somewhere else. I went to Deer Park, and they didn't have a 20. Today I went to Vernon Hills. This is where I have a problem. They wouldn't even consider switching a set with me because I didn't buy it at their franchise! WTH! The irony is that historically I have probably bought most of my items from the Vernon Hills store. I am now STILL without the correct size bracelet, and I refuse to return the original one to Schaumburg in order to *possibly* buy (I still don't know whether they have the right size or not) the correct bracelet set from Vernon Hills. I will never set foot in the Vernon Hills store again. The girl I dealt with was very sweet, but the store policy is ridiculous. I think you should seriously reconsider the franchise arrangements you make with the owners of these stores. Vernon Hills Pandora does not make your company look good.

I am a frequent purchaser of Pandora merchandise and I am pleased with the products. I love the variety of choices. The sales are good but not awesome but at the same time appreciated.

The associate was not very personable. Didn’t seem interested. Quality of what I wanted was terrible. Chose something else but returning it for a different item tomorrow. Bought for 2 people but second guessing the purchases
