Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged when I was ready to purchase and spend money. Sales people did not have much knowledge on the new reflections collection so questions were not answered

I was unable to utilize refund I had on Pandora card because it was limited to specific locations. Why though? I spent my money at Pandora & received a refund...I don't remember which store I spent the money bit I should be able to use the refund of MY money at any Pandora.

You can make experience more personalized for customers. More training to the staff for making customer satisfied. Especially for first time buying customer, employee should be more patient.

I like the workers helped you out with the price of the rings and the earrings. Also, the workers were nice enough to wrap my gift and it was the best thing ever
