This store was busy due to it being the weekend. sales clerk was friendly, I guess I was expecting her to tell me more about the bracelet I purchased how to clean it, suggest other charms that may go with it. We were pretty much in and out! The place was rather crowded too. Maybe Il try coming in on a week day

Jenn C. was extremely helpful. I was disappointed that I was not able to exchange my 60cm chain to a thinner chain in that size, but she was able to help me get a bracelet instead. Jenn was very knowledgable and really took her time explaining different terms (clips/charms/chains etc.) and showing me different bracelets. Thank you Jenn!

I was unaware I had to sign in in order to be waited on. Instead I browsed on my own, a friendly lady did greet my daughter and I how ever she did not advise me to sign in. I was satisfied because I browsed and got what we where looking for in less than 15 min. :)

This is the 2nd time I've walked into Pandora as I normally purchase from Tiffanys. The staff does not appear to be engaged with certain customers and this was my 2nd time within 10 months at the Pandoras in woodfield mall. I didn't get that feeling of "I totally appreciate your purchase feeling". Although I love my merchandise, your staff did not give me that feeling of appreciating my business. The only person smiles at me was the gentlementhat sold my fiancé my anniversary bracelet

They did not have the charm I was looking for. As well as the associate saying to my mother who was looking for 2 clips “each are $45, you sure you want 2?” We do not understand what that meant but my mother took that wrong and she was upset.

Was looking for something specific and the Sales Rep was not so ready to look thru to give us some ideas etc. We have to browse thru the Catalog and ask her to show the stuff. Expected to show and give more ideas to help us out as we have mentioned the purpose of gift.

I was a bit disappointed with some of the rings that did not quite match their description online. Some were also not available in my size.
