Many of the sales people at the Woodfield location are not friendly. They always give you the impression that you are inconveniencing them by asking for another size (ex. rings) or to view another piece of merchandise. I always feel like I know more about the items than they do. For example, one time I went, the sales person did not know how to open the new sliding bracelet to put on the charms. This particular salesperson was fine so I am not necessarily referring to her.

Great service however the girl was still in training and put the wrong charm on the bracelet and we did not notice until we left the mall. Store was Busy and crowded. they were Out of stock on 2 charms we wanted. Otherwise it was a good visit.

The sales associate seemed very impersonal and did not bother to mention the sales going on...I had to ask when I saw others purchasing. This has never happened before. Plus she did not seem interested in recommending any items as is usual.

The store was crowded, and it was hard to see the merchandise. I was glad I had checked on items on line first so I knew what I wanted. Since Pandora has added new lines, a larger store might help display them.

I really didn’t need any assistance picking anything out. I knew exactly what I wanted walking into the store. Service was adequate. I do think tho, the ladies should be required to have decent looking nails since they are working with jewelry. Nasty peeling nail polish is not appealing at all. Just giving my opinion.

There was nothing above and beyond like a great sale or giveaway, just the average that I expect.
