Our sales associate, although she seemed knowledgeable wasn't very helpful to informing us as first time customers. She had a problem attaching the security chain on one end of bracelet and asked another associate for help, but we had to ask if there was a problem when she returned and she replied, not sure if it's your bracelet or the security chain that may be defective, but we got it on! She was also preoccupied with staring at a male customer next to us. We spent a couple hundred dollars and didn't get a box or even a bag.

The assosiate that was helping me didn’t suggest any other charms from what I showed a picture of. As a client I want them to show me veriety of options to choose from, to make my choice difficult. I show them pictures of what I liked online and this is what they showed me... they shouldnof know more similar charms, so you can selll me more... and make me spent more money

I went to Woodfield pandora. This was my first time. My boyfriend and I were buying the square rose gold ring. I’ve never been to this location and we were starting to walk in and the girl at the front said very rudely “there’s a line go to the back of it” she was a shorter girl with orange hair. I was okay with there being a line after Christmas but the way she demanded it. Then when we were at the front she just waved her hand and said “go in” Inside we did have a man who was very nice and helped us. When the girl noticed we were actually buying something and not just looking she changed her attitude

Had to wait for 45 min in a line outside the store. Could not even go in and view merchandise. Most charms were out of stock. Selection was very minimal.
