I purchased the cleaning product and when I got home I seen the salesman did not put it in my bag.

It's the holiday season so it was very busy. They had formed a line outside the store so the store wasn't overwhelmed with people. While in line they offered water and catalogs which was great. Once inside they took your name for the next available associate and you were able to browse. With the holiday season the store was still crowded. That's the only reasons I didn't select highly satisfied, however they did the best possible way with so many shoppers.

The only thing was it was very busy and I had to wait about 20 minutes. My sales associate could have been more friendlier. The girl who took my name down was very nice but other then that not highly satisfied with the service.

There was a long wait to get into the store and the price I wish could have reasonable

Confused Little bit expensive Need more locations

The sales girl seemed a little distracted the entire time. Also when we informed we were first time buyer she didn't seem eager to explain anything to us as far as all the options we had with the jewlery. Also things were extremely chaotic with sales people climbing over one another to get to things behind the counter.

The wait to get into store and not much room to look around. Granted it is the Christmas shopping time but not able to really get a look at everything

The charms that I was looking for were not available. Also getting around in the store with a wheelchair is very crowded. This store needs more room.

There was a wait to get into the store. The lilo n stitch charm was sold out. There was a wait to be serviced once I finally made it inside the store.
