Waiting almost an hour in line is unacceptable, ever. You had a sale, then you needed more staff. Two people at the door is a luxury you couldn't afford that day.

I would think that all Pandora stores had the same merchandise. The don't and could not find what I need in one store I have to other Pandora store to get what I need and the price I sow it before.

As a returning customer even though I do not have a Pandora Card, I was surprised to find out that if you had a pandora card you were given special treatment to go ahead of all waiting customers which I felt was totally unfair because we don't have a Pandora Card but we do shop there; never have ever in my life seen this any any other retail store. Not Customer Friendly!!

Girl seemed rushed to get us out.Mind that there was no line.Spent well over $500 so dont understand.She was acomadating to find the charms we wanted.

I wish there was enough merchandise to suit our needs. We ended up choosing perhaps less than optimum wrist size. They don't have the right size.

I was not able to buy any disney charms and get a none disney charm free. Some of the charms once had are discontinued, like the queen bee and tennis racket, etc.

Love going to Pandora the displays te beautiful and with easy viewing. My sales person was very helpful and pleasant, knew how to help me even when I was not sure what I was looking for. Took a friend for first time so I know she will be returning.

It was my first time in the store, it was relatively small area and there were people waiting for the store to open. I was disappointed that my purchased could not be sent to someone out of state for free.
