Pandora Jewelry

I have 2 Pandora charms that need to be repaired. Previously I was told I need to take them to a Pandora store, that is why I specifically went to Woodfield Pandora. There I was told, now only the Chicago Ridge store does repairs and I think they need to be purchased within the year. I am very disappointed and haven’t called or pursued this any further, yet.

Im satisfied because the charms i wanted was available & visiting pandora makes me happy 😉

The store is small and when it is busy it is hard to move around. The sales people are very pleasant. Prices are pricey

I had to wait a while despite an associate standing near us. I knew what I wanted and the wait took longer than getting my charm.

Several charms we wanted were not available at the store and it is the second time this happens so I have been luckier buying online

All of the sales associates had several pieces of Pandora jewelry on so they obviously were huge fans of the jewelry even before working for Pandora. Everyone had a story to tell about what their Pandora represents in their life.
