The customer service I received was alright. The sales associate was pushy and she didn’t know her customer base. I felt that she was just trying to make the sale without trying hard enough.

Extremely crowded

Too any people and very difficult to navigate the store (crowded)

Love Pandora but some of the charms are very uncomfortable to wear and it should be more charm kinds.

Natalia was very helpful and very friendly. Enjoyed having her help me make my selections.

I had to exchange the bracelet I purchased. The sales rep inside the store wasn't customer friendly. She was a woman of very few words. I wanted to purchase more charms. She seem like she didn't want to be bothered.
