I brought some 20 pcs of jewelries for complimentary cleaning, for the 2nd time, the staff was nice and friendly but she wasn't able to clean them. The first time I had my jewelries cleaned, they almost looked like new and sparkly. Now some of my rings are really dark and I could not wear them anymore. She asked me if I ever sleep with them, shower with them, etc. and I said never. I don't know what caused them to tarnish and turn so dark. Please help. I have many pieces of swarovski also and they're still shiny and sparkly after many years. Overall I love pandora!

The rep that took care of me was not at all friendly. Unfortunately it seemed as she didn’t want to take care of us. She clearly didn’t have any other customers so why not greet us properly as we have in past. Instead she waited till we were at counter waiting. Not once smiled, definitely not what I’m used to. It would’ve been nice to have a better customer service experience.

It was busy, it was difficult to tell what associate was helping and not helping. It took like 5 minutes to actually get acknowledged. Once I did get the help it was ok.

I realise it was late but it took 15 minutes to be let into the store and the three associates behind the cash register weren’t interested in me until they realized I was making a purchase. I was sold a display piece without it being polished or asking if I wanted a new one sent to me. Will not be retuning to this store

Did not like the customer service. Felt staff was impersonal and was rushing me. I asked a lot of questions about rings because I wanted more information about care, maintenance, ring types and sizes, but she was unfriendly and not very informative.

The associate was an older woman with glasses and did not know the size of my ring. The store I originally bought it from entered the size wrong into my profile and the associate assured I was a size 7.5. When I told her that I wanted to try a 6 she gave me attitude that if a 7.5 wasn’t going to fit me a 6 wouldnt. I tried to explain I think the ring I was returning was a 5. She needed to be right and kept saying it was a 7, making me feel dumb that I wanted to try a 6. “okay...let me find it..but I don’t think we have one.” The ring was in the case in front of me and when I tried it on it fit perfect! She didn’t apologize and blamed the original store I bought the ring at when she also could have let me try the 6 on initially without the attitude. I tried to exchange another ring I bought at the buy 2 get 1 sale and she said the free one I was returning had no value so I need to pay for the new one I was getting. She did not inform me that I could keep the “free ring” since I was paying for the new one anyways. Highly dissatisfied with her service. I was uncomfortable and now I paid for 3 rings when I should have 4 one from the new purchase I made that day and the 3 from the sale

The sales associate seemed annoyed with me trying to pick out a ring. She was just standing there not recommending anything and seemed as if I was annoying her with my long time of trying to pick out a ring making it uncomfortable.
