I was not able to buy a ring because there are no ring sizes bigger than a 9. I was also not able to return a damaged charm because it has over a year and this is now the second charm that has been defective that I have brought from Pandora.

I went to the store to get something and also to clean my big collection of pandora jewelry. The store didn’t have machine for cleaning jewelry and that made me really sad. My pandora doesn’t look really good without proper cleaning. The lady working there didn’t even know when will they get machine back

curbside pickup. the ring i purchased looked totally different in person. was not sure if I could change my mind and not purchase so I paid and left. I am not happy with my purchase and hopefully I can exchange when stores open. Last chance sale.

Poor customer service= they don't answer the phone when you call, employees are not knowledgeable about where the product are in the store, wait time, not impressed!

The store too small for the amount of traffic. Their selection of merchandise was low. They did not have my size nor did they know if it was in stock.

I was happy to be able to purchase the charm I wanted. And I was not at all bothered by how crowded the Woodfield Mall location was because it was the holidays. However, I was very disappointed with the sales associate. Before he knew he was taking care of us, he pulled the catalog that I was looking at from my hands to give it to another customer even though there was another catalog he could have given her. He said I had to wait until it was my turn to be helped by an associate to look at it. That I should look at the display cases instead. After "waiting" he turned out to be the associate I had to work with. I told him the charm I was interested in and he asked me with a very rude tone "what else do ya want?" without even bringing the charm out for me to look at. Like I had to purchase more or something like that to even view anything. When I said nothing he rung up the charge and took my card from me before he even told me how much he was charging. I cannot believe an associate like that is allowed to work with customers.

She was not very friendly or helpful. She was lazy and did not want to do my return and then repurchase so I could use my coupons she just wanted to exchange which was a worse deal for me. She also did not show me the charms before I purchased new ones and I had to ask her for my receipt because she forgot. She also was not paying full attention to what I was asking or helping
