The associate that helped me did not offer any advice or even friendly conversation. She was not rude but definitely did not go above or beyond what was required. I knew what I wanted going in so maybe she felt like she needed to do anything.

I love Pandora and have been a customer for years. I have been to several locations over the years and have always been happy with my experience. This Woodfield, IL location and my sales associate in particular was rude to say the least. It was my birthday. Giselle was our sales associate. I had just come from a pleasant experience from a store nearby and came into this Pandora location with a smile on my face and an excited attitude. She responded with complete disdain for her job and her role in this shopping experience. Showed no facial expression other than annoyance. I was taken aback because I knew exactly what I came into the store for so I wasn't asking for outlandish requests or anything special whatsoever. When asking if she should gift wrap it i said "yes please, thank you" and she did not return to the sales floor for almost 10 minutes. Another man on floor noticed me looking around for what was taking so long and went to fetch her from the back room. Out Giselle came with the same sour puss on her face. Not even a "Thank you for shopping with us today" was mentioned. I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience i did.

Woodfield Mall Schaumburg Il Pandora sales are very rude!!!! Im never going back they are not friendly at all not like the one in Oak brook Mall !!!!

The new application for the store credit is in paper and makes me uncomfortable filling my important information in paper which I don't know how it is stored and safe it is

I will return to Pandora, but will avoid the Woodfield store whenever possible. This is the second time I did not have a good experience. The sales associate did not let me see the charms, only the catalog and I had to specific asked to see the pieces. To look at a catalog I can do it at home. When I go to the store, I want to see the selection, I may buy more than just what I intended by simply being able to SEE what is available.

Associate was not as friendly as previous ones. Also they didnt have the merchandise we were looking for. The store was crowded

Sales person was young and disinterested Just going thru the steps Asked her opinion on items "Did not care for the merchandise" As I gave her an astonished look she realized what she said and stated "Oh but my Mom loves "This Stuff"

The item I selected the sale associate right away told me the item I wanted was sold out without even looking. After I continually to question her, the sale associate next to her without hesitation located the item I was looking for. The sale associate I was working with said "oh we must got in inventory today" but at the same time wouldn't even check to make sure the item was not in. I'm very grateful to the sale associate who overheard our conversation.
