Sales person wasn't helpful at all. Did not know answers to given questions. It almost looked like she wanted me out as soon as possible.

i received this email because my husband was shopping for christmas and my name is on the account. i now know that i have a gift coming from your store. Way to ruin a perfectly good christmas present. it was supposed to be a surprise. you might want to examine your survey criteria especial around the holidays. love your products, but your customer service in this area is severely lacking.

Not enough help. Sales staff overwhelmed and people were waiting everywhere. The staff on duty made no effort to expedite sales so they could help people waiting. They seriously didn’t seem to care.

I was shopping for a ring and did not know the size i needed. I tried on several different sizes which felt to tight and she said you need a bigger size! Also the sales associate never asked to size my finger. I will be returning the ring for a smaller size since this style was not the original style of ring I was looking at it is a little bigger than the other style.

It just didn't seem like seem like anyone was very happy to see me. I am walking in, already knowing what I want. Not one other customer was in the store and I still had to give a name and wait for a salesperson. Not very customer friendly. The salesperson didn't seem very happy that I was only there to buy a charm. I purchased with cash, didn't hear a thank you the purchase. Maybe it's the training.

We were asked if we wanted our items to be wrapped. The worst wrap job I have ever seen. I would never give a gift wrapped so poorly to anyone even a homeless person - embarrassing. You should train your personnel how to wrap such expensive items to be a gift someone would WANT to open.

Upon arrival Ayde didn’t introduce her self. Asked what we were looking for. Didn’t offer to look at other Pandora locations for rings purchased. Didn’t make myself or my family meme er aware of ring sizes she just said “here try this one on” didn’t ask if it for loose or tight or given ring size. Didn’t offer other ring styles or add ons. Was willing to spend but not with this sales associate. Over all store was nice and clean others welcomed was appreciated. I didn’t feel I was appreciated as a loyal Pandora customer.

Had to do an exchange on a charm during the valentine sale, wasn’t able to get an exchange when I did an exchange before.
