The sales associate wasn’t friendly. Seemed uninterested in my business. Didn’t suggest other options of jewelry. I felt like she Just stood there waiting for me to pick something so she can move on

The girl that was helping seemed very rude tapping her fingers on the glass like she didnt want to be there. She kept checking her watch ever 10 seconds. She would roll her eyes like if i was taking too long to pick any item. I felt rushed and not helped at all with her worst experience ever me being a Pandora shopper .

The sales associate was not very helpful and did not seem to really want to and was not too knowledgeable.

My son and I arrived at the store and was completely ignored by the associate who was free and once a man came in she greeted him immediately and completely disregarded our presence in the store even though we had arrived first, this not a big store there no way she didn’t see us waiting for someone to help us. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and I’m highly disappointed on the action of this employee. I don’t shop for myself in Pandora I shop for gifts but I’m starting to think that maybe my money should be spend better at a different place where I’m treated with respect.

First things first, when I first entered I was not greeted as I do at other locations. Then, I was looking around to see if someone was on their way to approach me but no one did. I did notice that there were two employees available, and I made eye contact with one of them but I had yet to be offered to help. I thought to myself that maybe they were doing something where I couldn’t see, but a minute or so later one of them approached me. I stated what category I wanted to see, and instead of pulling the tray out she pulled them out individually and placed them on the window. I’ve gone to multiple locations, and even though I ask if I could see a specific category, they take out the trays. All around, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

They gave me the wrong charm and it was a hassle having to return it. The saleslady didn't apologize when I had to return to two different stores to return it. Overall the staff is not very friendly and has an attitude that I can only describe as condescending. I feel rushed when I shop there and pressured. I had bought my daughter a bracelet with a clip closure, never warned about the chance of it coming undone and losing the bracelet which happened to her. When I told a saleslady about it, she said I should have been recommended to buy a safety chain but I never was. I was never told to keep rings in a zip lock bag either to avoid tarnishing. Also after having bought a sale bracelet, I was told it was final sale. That should have been communicated before I even tried it on.

I brought a necklace and charm bracelet in to be cleaned. While the sales associate was taking off all the charms to look at them, she dropped one on accident. When she put it back on the counter, I noticed that it had chipped in several places. I asked her about it and she said we'd look at it after it was cleaned to see if it would come off. She did a great job cleaning my bracelet, except that the one charm was still chipped. She spoke with her manager and they found the same charm in store, except that it also had a bit of a gouge in it (only one instead of three) because it has been on display. I asked her about it and she said that was the only one they had left in store because it's an older charm and she said I could choose between the two. I feel like she should have looked online or in a warehouse to see if they could ship me a new charm instead of giving me another damaged charm.

The store was fine, clean, no wait. I knew what I was looking for so I was quick. The sales associate though was subpar. I've worked in retail my entire life and I can honestly say I've never worked with someone who just had a look of "I hate my job". Not once did she smile, one word responses. She didn't ever try to offer other choices, she was just going through the motions of getting me out.

I entered the store and was ignored, I said hello to make my presence known and was still ignored , on top of that when another person walked in after I had been waiting got taken care of first ,when I brought it up to an employee in a respectful manner .. she looked at me as if I was insane . I love the pandora brand ! But this location located at the Woodfield mall in shaumberg Ill. I definitely will not be visiting , especially since customers seem to be a bother ! :(
