The sales associate wasn’t friendly neither helpful at the time of picking some charms

I purchase charms at each destination I visit. I went specifically for a Chicago charm and the store did not have any. The young lady helping us was less than helpful. She made us come to her other side of center area for help instead of her coming to us. She was negative. Her coworker was the one who suggested she show us something otherwise wouldn’t be a sale.

I was there early in the morning shopping with my daughters and my mom, first of all, as soon as I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, I had to ask for assistance. I didn’t felt welcome and during my visit, there was an associate who was arranging the rings, she was Hispanic, light skin, with braces, she made a comment about a ring being “missing” I did not appreciate her comment, she made sure I understood what she was saying, since she made it in English and Spanish. She said, “A ring is missing”, it made me feel so uncomfortable like she was trying to blame it on my daughter since she was the only one around. After this experience I’m NEVER going back to this location! As a customer you want the best shopping experience and great customer service, I was not happy with her comment, I hope the manager does something about this girl and the comments she makes around customers, that was very rude and unprofessional.

I had my 2 bracelets cleaned. When I got home and looked at them, I was shocked to see that they both looked completely tarnished with a yellowish tint to every charm, the bracelet and the clasp... The next day I took them to a different Pandora. They were able to do a deep clean on them, including buffing every charm. Thankfully my bracelets were restored to their beautiful look.. Thank-you to Oak Brook Pandora!!

I believe the woman may have been a manager of sort. I waited in line for nearly 30minutes with only a few folks inside and a group of 3 girls in front of the line. They stood directly in front of the door. When the “manager” allowed them in she asked that I don’t block the entrance to the store, when I move up in line. I absolutely understood but she directed me to stand by a trash can. This wasn’t the case during the 30 mins wait in which 3 girls stood directly in front of the door. I told her I am fine standing on the side and wouldn’t block the door. She simply walked away without acknowledging. I thought she seems unprofessional and to ask that I stand by a trash can just didn’t seem appropriate. I will share this feedback on social media. Very disappointed. By the way, I was at the shop buying a gift for my wife. I sure hope that I wasn’t told to stand by a trash can to wait in line for any other reason other then the “managers” lack of creativity and appreciation of a customer.

I was gifted a bracelet that was too small, completly untouched in brand new condition. The store was unable to provide me an exchange or solution.

Spent exactly 1 hour in line outside of the store. There was only 2 associates helping customers and the others kept going to the back disappearing. The line was so long. They prioritized setting up a new display rather than helping customers. 5 people left the line after standing for more than 20 minutes. I know it's because of covid but you can at least help 4 people each time. If I wasn't in a rush to get my friend a gift. I would've went somewhere else.

The sales associate did not seem interested in helping me out. I asked for recommendations and she would only bring out charms that I new they had. No other options were given out to me.

I was satisfied with my purchase however my sales associate rushed me through my order and didn't help me choose any other rings that would look good with the one I planned on buying. If she would've helped and allowed me to keep looking I would've bought more jewelry. I feel like because of my age I was rushed out of the store so she could start helping the next customer; even though the store was not busy. However I am pleased with my purchase and will return.
