I couldn’t Return the items bec they were over 30 days. I asked for store credit and they said no. Had to exchange for stuff I didn’t really need

The wait time was extremely long due to limited staffing and only 10 people allowed in the store at once. There were only two associates, and only one was helping customers. The other was doing other tasks while a line of 7-10 people waited outside. While I was there, the wait time was almost an hour, and there were only 3 customers in front of me.

Gigi, the sales associate who helped us out seemed to be more interested in getting us out of the store instead of helping us look for the pieces that we were interested in. She was rude and lacked communication and asked us constantly if we were done looking. She had a nasty attitude and a harsh demeanor and we will not be returning to that store because of our experience with her. She preformed our transaction incorrectly, there were duplicate charges on my card and we ended up returning our entire purchase just so we could avoid going back to be serviced by her. The company should really reconsider her placement in the Woodfield store, because I’m fairly certain I am not the first customer to feel that way with her attitude.

The girl working there was very indifferent and I was there tu buy and also clean my bracelet and she did not clean them good and she just had a bad attitude

The sales person who assisted me was not knowledgeable of the products or did not take the time to show me different options. When I asked for a specific charm she’s like we don’t have it. When I specifically checked online for availability. Then I asked for different options similar did not show me any. My cousin looked around and found the exact charm I was looking for. She did not try hard enough.

The sales rep was rushing through the sale, I felt rush and I mainly went for the sale they had spend $125 and get a free bracelet, well the sales rep was in a rush she didn’t even told me to try the free bracelet and when I got home the bracelet is way to big for me, she should of told me either they didn’t have any more smaller size or to try it on. Now I have to return my entire purchase since the bracelet is no good to me.

Upon entering the store I was overlooked. Management made up for it with a warm greeting but the associate in which I was assigned to was not welcoming and appeared as if he would rather assist someone else other then me. There weren’t any other customers following my arrival yet I still felt rushed and my experience wasn’t as personal as I felt other customers before me was.
