sales girl was not very friendly didn't seem willing to help. Also did not give me a box for my ring, I then said i'll need the box to store the ring in and she told me a plastic bag was better. Sorry everyone should get the box and bag for there jewelry if im wearing it out of the store or not.

I bought a Christmas gift and I was not offered the package to be gift wrapped. My father-in-law bought a charm from a Pandora store in Santiago, Chile and it was beautifully wrapped. I found the sales people to be not very friendly.

not associate fault, woodfield mall is quite busy but shopping experience is uncomfortable, rushed & NOT at all pleasant!!!! You're basically like a number moved along the assembly line. However, check out was we quick & efficient. Prefer a jewelry store experience, sit dwn comfort to choose w/o time stressors with people hovering over you. I will shop at independent jewelry stores over pandora stores. For amount of money I aimed to spend, I left to shop elsewhere. Only great value added, I got my free bracelet w/added charms otherwise would've stayed far far away.

It was the first time I went to visit your store in Woodfield mall. I always looked online but never ordered anything. My sister loves pandora but she said to go to the store to find your size and to see the rings in person. The staff was very nice but I was a little disappointed when I asked “where the rings were in the store”. The sales lady told me they are just all over and you just have to find them. Okay No problem I can walk around the store. I mentioned to my sister that I was disappointed in the store and she told me that has never happened to her before, she gets a tray with all the rings in her size. After hearing that I was really disappointed because sure I looked online at all the rings but I would of had a better experience if I was given a tray with my size to actually try on rather then looking at them through a glass.

Long wait once I paid for my charms and received them. It took 28 minutes for them to polish 3 charms. The lady came back out twice to talk to other employees while I waited. Never told me how or why it was taking so long yet the lady had time to talk to other employees.

I’ve visited the store twice within a week and both associates Crystal W. and Tania G. (Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg IL) we’re very rude. They acted as if they were irritated that I was asking questions about the charms. Most of the charms weren’t in stock. They didn’t offer to clean or assist with putting my charm on my bracelet like the other Pandora associates.

When I went into the store she took my name. I waited for quite sometime and finally asked a sales associate if she could wait on me. I was told no she could not and the names were taken in order and the next person was Jeanette. A blond came in LONG after I had been there for quite some time and she was WAITED on BEFORE ME. I expressed my dissatisfaction when I was walking out of the store and no apology. I wanted to purchase a $50 charm and my friend wanted to buy a ring.

I felt rushed by employees and did not really feel like I got a thorough explanation of products and services. I was there to purchase my mom a gift for mother's Day and requested gift receipt and no one was able to figure out how to get me a gift receipt.
