Sales girl seemed more interested in having a conversation with her coworker than helping me. At the counter while I was looking at charms, she kept talking to him about a contest and even made a comment about my purchase while facing him rather than talking to me about it. She placed a tray of charms in front of me that did not contain the ones I asked for and did not explain the selections she had made. I had to interrupt her side conversation to have her pull the ones I asked about.

I felt that the rep Rosie S who at first asked if we needed assistance when I approached her to ask about an item she looked very bothered and pretty much acted like if I wasn’t going to buy anything and it would of been a waist of her time . No eye contact and looked very upset she asked for my ring size and it looked like she was bothered that I wasn’t so sure . Never felt to disrespected when I go to Pandora I always buy more items but didnt feel like I wanted to give my time to this person who didn’t seem to enjoy her job! After I told her I wanted the ring again still no eye contact and she looked more concern about her messages she was getting on her watch I didn’t even get a thank u.The rest of ur reps before I left said thank u and acknowledged me but this particular person shouldn’t be working for you if she can’t give the customer service she is expected to give and represent Pandora! I am very disappointed the way I was treated I really wanted to buy more charms and a bracelet but I told my husband to forget and we could go to another Pandora. Ido expect if I go back for this person to be friendlier and at least with a smile on her face acknowledging the customers !

The sales people were rude. They only talked in a wispier and it was hard to hear them. i asked her to speak up and she looked at me like how dare you ask me that. there was some one at the door taking names for help at the counter instead of actually helping people. there was another sales associate that just standing around not helping and the store was busy. i had to wait at least an 30 minutes for help. then the sales assiociate said i could maybe find different things at other stores and tahat maybe i should have gone there . Not helpful

The associate who was helping us was incredibly rude. It took me a while to choose the ring that I was getting and it took me a bit to find the right size and she seemed like it was bothering her. She seemed like she had better things to do, and looked at us like children who were going to steal something.

I have a bracelet that has several charms, I purchased a charm. It would have been nice if the sales gal offered to clean my bracelet. I have been in this store before and was asked. I think this service should offered as a requirement.

Came in to buy a ring with my boyfriend. I wanted it to be a nice experience since it was his first time buying jewelry for me. Instead we came into the associates rudely asking what I was looking for and then when I asked for help with the rings looked mad to help me like they didn't want to do anything that day. I worked fine jewelry so I understand how annoying it is to have people come in you have to take everything out and they buy nothing. This wasn't the case though, it was clear we were on a mission. To buys something and they were extremely rude and dismissive the whole time. When I return to Pandora it will be to a different location.

The sales associate was unfriendly, she barely said a word, did not answer my questions, did not make suggestions. I have never had such experience during my other visits to Pandora store's

Unattentive staff. I looked up from my booklet about three times before being approached with help. But before that we made eye contact and I know she saw me but she was just zoned out

Our sales girl was so not friendly and seemed like she would rather be somewhere else and not happy working there. My daughter who is 12 has been in the store with me before for previous purchases and she commented as soon as we left the store on how not friendly and how the experience with her was so bad compared to other times we have been in there.
