The wait time on a Monday night was about an hour. A sales associate came out and asked the line of people if they knew what they were looking for, in my instance I did. If this is the case, an associate should be able to handle your transaction with their palm pilots/mobile registers so to not inconvenience someone such as myself for the next hour. When it finally was my turn to be serviced, I literally was in & out of the store within 5 minutes. This transaction could have been handled an hour prior - with 1 associate using the mobile register & another filling the order. One hour of my day that I will never get back!

I feel like this particular Pandora ( Woodfield Mall, Chicago) was overcrowded and therefore the customer service quality was not up to par. Also I was looking for variety of Travel charms and I was extremely disappointed in the selection after I had waited in line over 30 minutes just to enter the store. I will probably be returning the charms that I did purchase in exchange for different ones at a new location.

Sales associates were very rude and seemed annoyed with having to help me. Only friendly associate was the one greeting customers at the entrance. I even bought a charm and pair of earrings and the sales associate that processed my payment was still extremely snobby. It was very crowded, however, that is no excuse. Who wants to go into a store that has rude, snobby sales people? Will not recommend this location.

I dropped my bracelet off to be cleaned and wanted to buy a charm. The associate said 15 min which was fine and she'd show me the charm when the bracelet was finished. I left the store and returned in about 20 minutes and was told my bracelet was ready but I'd have to wait about 20 more minutes to buy the charm. 20 minutes turned into almost an hour which is unacceptable. I almost left several times and I'm still not quite sure why I stuck it out.

Walked in to exchange a damaged charm that got damaged on the first wear during transaction Ayde G seemed to be annoyed to do return . While she did the transaction I asked if they had a ring that recently was on retiring list she said she was going to check but then didn’t and said they couldn’t show any rings because they were doing inventory during business hours but other customers were looking at jewelry. Then she said we don’t have any of those items we sent them out but not once did she offered other items or willing to show other items. I was looking to buy for my sisters birthday . Then when she exchanged my item she looks at me like why I’m still standing there when she didn’t even give me my item she put it back into the jewelry tray. Just a really horrible experience. Never returning to this location

My “salesperson”, Ayde, was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever worked with. I came in to get my broken bracelet fixed, and the entire time, she did not say a word to me other than when she was giving me attitude, would randomly just walk away without telling me why, would talk in Spanish to her coworker so that I didn’t understand what was being said, overall, very unhappy. She was extremely rude and I don’t understand why it takes almost an hour to figure out your computer system to find my order.

Horrible service! Salesperson Haven hands me a book and says to see what I like and then she will show me how it looks in reality! Really? I came to the store for a reason to see charms in reality and not in the book.

I bought a gift wrapped up necklace from pandora upon opening it during the surprise we came to find out the lock was indeed broken.

The main reason I went in was for the free heart bracelet. I choose about $165 on merchandise to secure the free heart bracelet, jut to be given an old bracelet and not the heart one being advertised. Very disappointing, may return everything.
