The sales associate never gave me the earrings let me leave without my earrings I purchased and I was at home when I remember and I had to travel all the way back to the store pick them up. The manager Jenn didn’t even apologize for the mistake

The sales associate was very rude when dealing with our problem. She even said "do you want to talk to my manager?" in a very arrogant tone, implying that she knew she was going to win rather than trying to fix our problem. I needed someone to fix my problem, not fight me on a store policy.

I was very unhappy with the customer service I received today. Emma was the associate that was helping me during this visit. She was not friendly and when I asked her to show me choices she looked annoyed and barely made any effort to find what I was looking for. This is the second time it has happened this week and do not wish to shop here anymore because of her.

My sales rep was Katherine B., she stated she did not want to come to work today. Her customer service reflected just that. Katherine offered no assistance with selection of charms, nor did she offer any option for items not in stock. Katherine's lack of enthusiasm about working made my friend and I feel like a nuisance. For this reason, we will not return to the Woodfield store. We both spent over $100 and had to request our items be packed correctly in lieu of being crumbled up in tissue paper. I also had to ask for a shopping bag. Katherine did not Thank us, she did not ask if there was anything else needed, and she did not escort us to the door... she simply walked away from us. I presented our experience with Katherine to an assistant manager and was told we were not the first to complain about the same.

The sales rep who worked with me and my friend was very bothered by the fact that she was at work that day. She made our experience in the Woodfield store rather unpleasant. Katherine B should not be working in customer service if she does not enjoy helping people.

The salesperson that worked with me was Katherine B. Katherine gave off a very negative vibe. I stopped in the store unexpectedly so I did not have any charms in mind, I asked to see a tray so I may browse. Instead, Katherine slid a catalog over to me; while this may be the Covid way, this could have been done in a more pleasant manner. Katherine offered NO assistance with selection, she made no effort to even act interested in selling me anything. Katherine directly stated that she did not want to come in to work today. After my sale was completed, Katherine simply walked away, she did not even attempt to escort me out of the store. I was also given the incorrect receipt, I did not realize this until I was at home. I understand that we all have our days, but Pandora items are not inexpensive. When customers are in the store to spend their hard earned money, they should be treated with respect in the very least. I will be sure to avoid the Woodfield store because I felt like I was more of a bother than a welcomed customer. Thanks Katherine, you have helped me eliminate one stop while at Woodfield mall.

We stood in line for over 90 minutes. The sales associates were moving at a snails pace. Never seen this from any of the Pandora's I've visited.

Spent an hour in line only to find out they’re out of a charm that I wanted to purchase. If they weren’t so busy letting people cut the line/ chit chatting with one another and actually checking on customers who were waiting, I would’ve been told it was out stock sooner. I literally watched a man help a couple who just walked up for over 20 minutes instead of customers in line, that’s crazy! This location needs structure, professionalism, and the employees need to work with a sense of urgency, especially during their busy season!
