The associate Kathleen was not helpful at all. I wanted to purchase a ring for myself and I was hoping that I would get some friendly customer service but no. She did not ask me any questions about what I’m looking for, what I like or if I’m looking for anything specific. She just stared at the glass and never said a word to me the whole time basically unless I asked to see a ring to try it. I was just expecting that the associate would be friendly and have a good energy but she was just blah. I’m big on customer service And I don’t recommend coming to Woodfield at all or Kathleen

The representative was rude, as well as the other employees, she handed me the book to look at the merchandise, but everyone else in the store werr actually being showed the merchandise. Slamming the doors when getting the bracelets out for me, basically just rushing me out for the sale it seems. It was my first time at a pandora, so I wanted to get it right for my little sister.

the seller was not polite. I’m was in line for 10 minutes, there were two sellers and only one buyer ( I was with baby and sellers saw me).

Every time I purchased an item I always got the wrong size wail the associate claims she’s gives me the right size . Last time I shop here.

They didn’t welcome me when I got in the store .. I didn’t like the way they were looking at me . I feel like they were thinking that I was’t going to buy anything or i didn’t have money they didn’t give me to many options of what was getting I was very disappointed ☹️. Compared to the other store that I have been last time

Well the store was pack and the sale rep was rushing me and kept asking me if that was all and keep asking me my form of payment and she seem distracted and she wasn't smiling and it felt like i was bothering her and i didnt enjoyed myself at all. Never felt like this at any other pandora store other than the one at the northriverside mall and i expect that there at that location but here .

Compre un prendedor para mi pulsera me costó 50 dólares ya he comprado varias cosas un anillo también ,el prendería para la pulsera era un chupo de cristal se quebró y el anillo también mi pregunta es por que siendo Pandora tan costoso es tan mala calidad ? Nadie me quiso responder por que ya había pasado un año .... es broma ? Si se supone que es joyería fina como se va a quebrar al año tengo cadenas que compre en otros lugares pulseras también y nunca me ha pasado nada y las tengo hace más de 7 años y están en perfecto estado MUY MALA CALIDAD y nadie responde

The sales people where not very nice it seem like everything bother them when you asked them they barely would show me jewelry piece when I asked them. Also when I ask to get something clean is was like i had to repeat myself three times to see if I can get them clean. Asking to see a book was like we dont have any. She was not very friendly i was so disappointing with Woodfield. I really feel like returning my stuff that i purchase and buying out in Rosemont where I know I will be welcome.
