The person that rang us up gave misleading information regarding the jewelry box you all were giving away. Spent over $500 and tried to only give 1 jewelry box which you receive one for every $125 spent.

I was not satisfied because I drove to the store after work to take advantage of the educator's discount, and I had to wait in line for 45 minutes. This seems trivial, but I am a teacher and have lessons to plan; 45 minutes is a significant chunk of time. An additional discount would have compensated for my troubles, or you could have offered the discount all week instead of just one day.

Service was exceptionally slow and wait times were long. Watched many other customers walk in and be taken care of as I waited for an associate. Once being helped, with he associed was rude, as if trying to hurry to get me out of the store.

I purchased a new charm and decided to have my bracelet cleaned. I came back 15 minutes to pick up my bracelet at which time the sales associate put the bracelet on and told me to have a nice day. However I live in Chicago and we were about 30 minutes from Chicago when I got a call from the store and the sales associate informed me that they forgot to put one of my charms back on my bracelet. This was just very careless in the handling of merchandise and this is why I am very dissatisfied with today's visit. Although they offered to mail my charm FedEx I still don't believe that's enough. Very careless in handling merchandise and I probably won't return to this particular location.

The sales associate who helped me was so rude. She wasn’t busy and I asked her for help so she told me to get on the list and the guy sends me back to her. I wanted to exchange ring size but there was a misunderstanding and she kept arguing with me about the ring size I had before and the one I wanted. She kept telling me I was wrong and she wouldn’t just do the exchange without making sure I knew I was wrong. At the end of the transaction she put the receipt on the counter and walked away she didn’t even hand me the ring I was taking home I didn’t know if it was the same ring or not so I had to try it on and make sure it was the right size. I stood there for a minute and she just looks and me and says “your done” and leaves. For the first time ever shopping at pandora I had to gather my stuff together without the sales associate giving it to me and saying have a good day atleast. From the minute I started talking to her to when I left the store she was very rude and unprofessional.

I was placed with an associate named ROSIE who didn't ask how my day was. She made me walk to her to be helped and didn't ask, she ordered. When I told her I was looking for a bangle she give me prices before even showing them to me...weird/rude. Then, she didn't ask a single question about my purchase or try to sell me any other jewelry. I then opened up to her and told her who it was for and asked to see holiday charms and she said I had to look through the catalog before she would pull any out. When she did pull a couple out she couldn't even remember which ones I wanted to see. Once I decided, the iPad was giving her error messages when she was trying to search me and she told me I must not have shopped at this location before after I told her I exclusively shop at the Woodfield Pandora. Then, she made me type in all my info and still an error message, so she grabbed another iPad to ring me up. When I searched my info on the other iPad it came up and she proceeded to tie the shittest bow ever. After the receipt needed to be printed on another printer she still never thanked me for my patience or apologized and told me the survey was good for 30 days so I wouldn't do it.

Lisa is fantastic would rate her as the top employee during our purchase. However after leaving I tried to return within minutes bc there was a chip out of one of the rings purchased. I was put into a line outside to return my item, not pleased. I had already waited significantly to purchase the items the first time around. Front checkbin girl obviously needs some lessons in customer service. I just walked out of the store with a purchase...what a circus.

Sales associates was not knowledgeable of the product. She wasn't able to answer my questions. I understand she's new but she could have asked a more senior associate. She was so slow in ringing me up. She flipped through all the pages to look for the charms I purchased.
