The young lady outside the store was friendly. I was there for an online order pickup, then we started taking about how I missed exchange deadline for a bracelet my husband found online and it was too big. She was so understanding she made an exception. She went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. We need more people like her.

My globe charm was broken and they were able to replace it free of charge. They cleaned my bracelet and charms and my daughters as well. The lady was very helpful friendly and informative during the whole visit.

My grandmother and I were first timers here at Pandora we were in line for a short period of time, and we were helped by someone who was bilingual! Trust me when I say my grandmother definitely appreciated that 100%! We loved how quick and easy the process was to purchasing. We also love how friendly the store was too, during a crazy pandemic, it’s a joy to see everyone smile and maintain such a positive energy with not just the team but with the costumers as well!
