I was informed by Julie I would be able to enter the store after she cleaned the area where she had been servicing a previous customer. I felt comfortable and safe. There was one other customer being helped on the other side of the counter. I knew what I wanted and Julie was able to access it right away.She helped me become familiar with bracelet style/price options to go with the charm I picked out. I am pleased with my selection and excited to"gift" it. Julie wrapped my gift and escorted me out the door. Well done Pandora.

No line was present outside the store. Associate was very kind, helpful, and patient. Overall, a much better experience than previously.

The associate as well as the store manager was very customer service oriented. They made me feel like a valued customer This is my 2nd interaction with this manAger and her name I can’t remember. She is a young very beautiful African American young lady and wears some beautiful unusual silver bracelets that caught my eye. I plan to come back and purchase some from the store Because of her warmness and awesome service I can’t wait to visit again real soon! Please give the manager a shoutout 😊

Julissa was great holding the bangle I wanted. I spoke with her over the phone and she was sweet and patient! Stephanie C was stellar in assisting purchasing my bangle along with a clip!
