Excellent customer service

There where a lot of options the staff recomendd how to storage the jewelry better.

Initially I went only to exchange a bracelet I had ordered online. But when I got help from the salesperson that attended she noticed I had the wrong bracelet for the charms. So I got the correct one and the correct size I was glad I got helped by this person. Thank you guys I felt welcome there.

The ladies working there were very nice and helpful. But there was not a lot of variety in bracelets.

Staff was friendly. And helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. The staff cares very much about protecting their customers. While standing in line waiting to enter the store a staff member came out and explained what they do between customers. I thought it was very thoughtful of her to come out and explain. I was very happy and felt safe with my experience at the store.

I was able to get what I wanted. I had help and it went quickly. I enjoy the deals that go on and was able to get things that i really wantded.

I went in there for some very specific charms and they had all of them that I wanted and I was very satisfied with my purchase
