Julie, sales associate was super nice. Not pushy, and was listening to everything that we wanted. She was so kind from the beginning to the very end.

For it to be my first time going I really enjoyed and the people were very nice, and the store was clean and I just really enjoyed.

My daughter had been given rings as a gift right at COVIDs beginning. She needed a larger size and time had past. The manager at Woodfield found the purchase online and let us exchange. My only issue was the small selection at a size 9. She is 15, very fit and athletic, but has large hands. The lack of selection made her self conscious. The manager saw this and certainly handled it well. She did find two that worked.

The assistant manager Stephanie was very helpful. I went in to exchange some items I got online and ended up leaving with 4 extra charms because she was so good. And she also put my charms together on my bracelet and made it look so nice. So she was absolutely great!!!!!
